MODULE 1:
Understanding Organisational Change
Organisational change is no longer optional—it is a necessity for business sustainability and competitiveness. This module introduces participants to the principles of change management, explores the drivers of organisational change, and examines why employees often resist change. Through experiential learning, participants will reflect on their current organisational environment and identify opportunities for improvement while recognising the critical role leaders play in guiding successful change initiatives.

MODULE 2:
Understanding Behaviour During Change Using DISC
People experience and respond to change differently. Understanding behavioural preferences enables leaders to communicate more effectively, reduce resistance, and strengthen collaboration. This module introduces the DISC Behaviour Model and helps participants recognise how different personalities respond to organisational change. Participants will explore their own behavioural tendencies and learn practical communication strategies for leading diverse teams.
Activities: DISC Behaviour Model, Team discussion, Behaviour Mapping.
MODULE 3:
Leading Change with Katz Three Skills Framework
Effective leadership requires more than technical expertise. Leaders must balance operational knowledge, interpersonal capability, and strategic thinking to successfully guide organisational change. This module introduces Katz’s Three Skills Framework and demonstrates how Technical, Human, and Conceptual Skills contribute to effective leadership at different organisational levels.
Activities: Katz Three Skills Framework, Case study analysis, Leadership reflection
MODULE 4:
Managing Workplace Conflict Using Thomas-Kilmann
Conflict is a natural part of organisational change. When managed effectively, it can strengthen collaboration, improve decision-making, and encourage innovation. This module introduces the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI) and helps participants identify appropriate conflict management approaches based on different workplace situations and behavioural styles.
Activities: Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI), Group discussion
MODULE 5:
Communication & Collaboration During Change
Successful change depends on clear communication and strong collaboration. This module focuses on practical communication techniques that strengthen teamwork and improve engagement during organisational change.
Activities: DISC communication strategies, Thomas-Kilmann conflict application
MODULE 6:
Strategic Change Leadership
Leading sustainable organisational change requires leaders to integrate behavioural awareness, leadership capability, and conflict management into a cohesive approach. In this final module, participants will apply the concepts learned throughout the programme to develop a practical change leadership strategy and create a personal action plan for implementation in their own workplace.
Activities: Leadership Action Plan, Team presentation
PRESENTATION
Participants integrate the knowledge and skills acquired throughout the programme to develop a practical organisational change strategy. Working as a team, they present their recommendations and create an individual action plan to lead sustainable change within their own workplace.
